A fair ideal would be a place where orphans and twins lived together. As twins are likely to dote and orphans slow on the introduction.
Cure for blindness
a cooling lens of coloured glass, like a bottle of orange, concenteting to an inch of light, another bottle after that, and another after that, and a bottle lens at the front to capture the light, and crystal at the other to kill the glare. This would stretch the eye forward, lift and seperate in 7 unequaly fine directions to assist, pushing backwards.
