Bring me sunshine in your smile, bring me laughter all the while’, Lawerence LLewelyn stood in the doorway, ‘Russel, no, no, leave the cases’, a feather fell from the stuffed bears nose, ‘owwwmph, great burke, get out of the house, HENRY! , I wonder who he was, Tony!', 'Ronnie Corbett, enchanting, lay him flat for my altar’, 'Unhand me', 'language, language, language, are you growing?, yes I believe you are, stubble!’. Ronnie looked the other way.
‘Hannibal!’, ‘a little bit of flesh and we’ll clone you, keep you and torture you on and on’, her hands tensed, and head folded, ‘how do you like that, no forensic department, we’ll clone me, how do you like that, on and on’, ‘Hands by your side’, ‘Clarisse’, Clarisse, ‘I’ll put that cloner in me first, or maybe Hattie Hayridge (Dreambird)', Hattie woke with a fright, sweat dripping on her chest, anchored in blue, floating in Greece. ‘Must have babies!’.
Lawerence nips round the back, sheds alright, ‘burglars, an ancient stone path, sign of entry, dingy, a shute, a white leg, spooks, weeeeeeee, pop, so who are we’, ‘Ozzy’, Lawerence flips out a knife and slits the flour bags. Russel puts a Tarot card, 'The hanged Man, Annas near’, over the hearth, 'a revolver, is it loaded, three bullits', Whacks the fireplace and the lights go on, Ozzy and Lawerence with a chicken under his arm, walk round the side of the house. Russel came in, ‘Tea, Ozzy, flour your white as a sheet’, Tony shuffles cards, ‘I saw three girls in the kitchen and Rons not talking, ah, the phone excuse me,……The queen,.........in the armchair,…certainly....up against the wall?’.
‘Sing hosanna, sing hosanna, sing hosanna, to the king of kings’ , a brown woody lifts onto the fourcourt, and Winifred, Marie, and Susan climb out. Lawerence picked up the loud hailer, ‘deep breath, deep breath’, rumble, tumble rtumble, ‘and shoooo………it’, soot drifted out of Mrs Hayridges front door, Ozzy puts down his teacup, and took of his spectacles, and approaches the hearth around a sooty heap,
Ozzy bends to the fireplace, ‘Oh dear, calm down ladies, cinders hang', ‘too-dare, too-dare’, 'whats going on here then', Tony peeps round the partition, Russel put the ‘The magician card’ next to Ozzy, ‘A pooka, yes a mischieves spirit or elf,..gin pots..crankpots..well… that runs backwards…mischief..and more famously the Bentink hotel’, ‘Yes it’s no longer there'.
In the garden, ‘Tony’, ‘Mrs Nanar’, she runs with her upturned ghost gun, ‘this wasn't scorched’, a rusty, and burnt out fire engine, a body falls to the floor, a wheelbarrow and rope and I bounced back to the house. 'Sooty', Winnie, Marie, and Susan were in the tin bath, with a bathing ball, I and Russel stood in the hearth, ‘I feel like a shopping trolley'. Russel stared into the water…'Death, oooohhh’, I took the card, ‘oh well no house and home for you three', they all stared, 'Shuffle accross that’s hot’, 'Is Death bad', blackclouds held his...Russel started looking up the chimney, 'Gemini the twins equality ruled by death (the balance, libra), nemesis the hanged man or Anna. 'Annas in the chimney...breathe in Anna', soot flew whoooosh out of Mrs Hayridges front door, heave ho, heave ho, someone in da chimney called Anna, someone in the chimney we know, swayin and givin it ain a worth a livin swingin, and a ribbin with the sling below, the rope tensed, heave ho, the sooty column raised the pretty bubble.
